Mat-Su Imagination Library is a program of Best Beginnings. Currently, there are over 2,000 children under the age of 5 receiving a new, high-quality book each month through this program at no cost to their families (regardless of income).
This program is more than books: it’s meaningful parent/child interaction, brain-building moments, and getting ready for kindergarten! Family events and parent newsletters about early learning boost the impact of the program.

Imagination is free to families, but it takes local funding to make sure books make it into the homes of our children. It also takes the donation of time to make sure children are enrolled at community events.
