Very helpful and knowledgeable for kids. There should be more programs like this for children so they can interact and spend more time with their family.

Early Childhood Education programs are important to me, as a mother of a three year old daughter. Investment in such programs provides help for me as I try to educate and prepare my daughter in my own home, before she will enter the school system. Such programs help me discover new ideas and ways of teaching that I hadn’t previously thought of, and I am better able to help my daughter learn and progress.
Early childhood education is extremely important to our family here in Alaska. Because preschool through kindergarten are not required, it falls on us to try to teach and prepare our children the best we can. With ECP we can get the help we need to do so.
Without Early Childhood Education my kids would have entered the school year behind the rest of the class, now one of my children is way above average thanks to the head start he got from early learning.

My family has battled poverty for the last few years. After our son was born and my husband started a new entrepreneurship venture, we found ourselves struggling to provide the most basic of necessities, such as food. During this time, we began utilizing early childhood education programs, such as the library storytime and Best Beginnings Imagination Library. It has been and continues to be such a joy for my now toddler to receive monthly, free books to in the mail.
These early childhood education programs give us parents the tools we need to raise our future Alaskans.
