The Imagination Library was launched in Juneau in November 2006 and Wrangell in 2007, with start-up funds from Communities In Schools Juneau and Communities in Schools Alaska.
Now, with Best Beginnings grants and other funding, we have expanded to include the Southeast communities of Angoon, Kake, Craig, and Klawock. We are dedicated to assisting all Southeast Alaska communities in starting the program.
Enrolled preschool aged children in Juneau are invited to monthly Family Night events September through May.

Make a donation to Juneau and Southeast Alaska Imagination Library
A donation of $30 will enable a child to receive a brand-new, age-appropriate book in the mail once a month for one year. With $150, you will enhance the life of a child from birth until age 5 – or five children for one year. We welcome any amount.
